Picked this up yesterday: William Eggleston: Democratic Camera – Photographs and Video, 1961-2008. It´s the catalogue for a exhibition in the Whitney Museum for American Art in 2008.

Up to yesterday I knew Eggleston only by name and by a few of his most famous shots (this one for example) but obviously we share an photographic interest. Then again, I think most photographers are indebted to Eggleston one way or the other.
