The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo by  Stieg Larsson, published by the MacLehose Press/Quercus imprint.

At first i steered clear of this one. I didn’t like the title at all, and i didn’t like the cover photograph of the English edition much either.  (Yes, i often judge books by their covers.)

But then i found out that the original Swedish title is ‘Män som hatar kvinnor‘ which means Men who hate women. Now that’s a title! (Let one thing be very clear: i like women very much.)
