This diptych consists of two photos i took in the middle of France, in the middle of the night, in the middle of a winter some years back. And when i say the middle of france i mean exactly that (check it here). The idea of a diptych is that you put forth two pieces that act as one and i like that: the one image providing a context for the other.

These are mediocre scans of some fibre based prints that turned out pretty well (in reality i mean). this kind of photographic paper gives wonderful results, if you are patient enough in the dark room that is, otherwise you’re just wasting a lot of money.
